LIQUIDCAPSULE Manufacturing LLC fills two-piece hard shell gelatin and HPMC (vegetable cellulose “hydroxypropylmethylcelluose”) capsules with liquids, semi-solids, suspensions and hot melts. Two-piece hard shell capsule filling is a proven technology that is used for pharmaceutical, bio-pharmaceutical and nutraceutical products. The liquid filled two-piece hard shell capsule technology has been around for over 50 years and is an approved dosage form by the FDA. The liquid filled two-piece hard shell technology is also used by some of the leading products in the nutritional industry.
We can fill clear, white and custom colored capsules. Compatible liquids and materials can be blended together and filled into two-piece hard shell capsules if the materials have a viscosity that will flow from the filling machines into the capsules.

- Powders and other materials can be blended into the oils or liquids to create a unique combination products. If the materials are sensitive to oxygen we can use nitrogen to protect the materials during the filling process.
We can work with your company to develop a new liquid capsule formualtion that will work to fill into a two-piece hard shell capsule as long as there is a correct liquid to solid ratio where the formulation will flow where it can be filled into the capsules.
LIQUIDCAPSULE Manufacturing uses state of the art liquid capsule manufacturing equipment to fill liquid filled two-piece hard shell capsules. We have 5 capsule banding machines and 4 liquid capsule filling machines.
We have a preventative maintenance plan in place to maintain all of our liquid capsule and banding equipment to their like new operational qualifications.
